Two sparkling swimming pools are available to residents. The  "main pool" has a one-meter and a three-meter diving board. It is staffed by Red Cross certified life guards. The "lap pool" is for adults 18 and over (and their non-swimmer children).  One lane is available for lap swimming.

An activity wading pool with water features is available to children 6 & under.

Residents may invite guests for a nominal fee of $5. Refer to swimming pool rules for details.

Important Rules & Regulations update:

Any child under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian, age 15 or older.

Guardians must stay in the immediate pool area.
