About Our Community
Otter Creek has been part of southwest Little Rock since 1973. The neighborhood has nearly 1,100 homes, more than six miles of trails, and a wide range of community amenities.
A FEW THINGS ABOUT OTTER CREEK
• Otter Creek was established in 1973.
• The neighborhood has nearly 1,100 homes.
• Residents have more than six miles of trails for walking, jogging, and biking.
• The community includes pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness room, playgrounds, a clubhouse, and a pavilion.
• Otter Creek Elementary opened in 1978.
• Clubs, sports, open-play activities, and neighborhood events give residents plenty of ways to get involved.
