Welcome to Otter Creek! Our beautiful pavilion, sparkling pool, and charming clubhouse are available for private rentals. Whether you're planning a birthday party, family reunion, wedding, or corporate event – we’ve got the perfect space for you.
RENTAL DETAILS
Ballroom Only
$60 per hour
75 people maximum
2-hour minimum
1 free hour before and after the event for setup and takedown
Entire Clubhouse
$150 per hour
200 people maximum
2-hour minimum
1 free hour before and after the event for setup and takedown
Pool Rental
Available Sundays and Mondays after 6:00 p.m. only
2-hour minimum
35 people or fewer: $75 per hour (1 lifeguard)
36–80 people: $90 per hour (2 lifeguards)
Pavilion Rental
Parties must end by 8:00 p.m.
$55 per 4-hour increment
$10 for each additional hour
4-hour minimum charge
Picnic tables and pavilion must be cleaned. All trash must be bagged and placed in the enclosed garbage receptacles or dumpster.
Additional Information
A $75 cleanup fee is added to all rentals.
Bar and catering are available upon request.
