Brandon Kiker
Executive Director
Brandon Kiker serves as Executive Director of the Otter Creek Homeowners Association, where he works to ensure the community operates efficiently while providing residents with a safe, enjoyable place they are proud to call home. He especially enjoys meeting residents and building strong relationships throughout the community.
Brandon brings 25 years of retail leadership experience, including serving as a store and district manager responsible for 16 stores across four states and more than 300 employees. He later worked as a full-time tennis professional, where teaching and connecting with people became an important part of his career.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys tennis, pickleball, cooking and trying new recipes, spending time with his family, and caring for the animals on the family farm.
Maintenance & Security
John Tolbert is a valued member of the Otter Creek maintenance and security team, helping keep the community safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and guests. A senior at Benton High School, John is actively involved in leadership, his church, and competitive golf. He enjoys serving others, solving problems, and taking pride in the community he represents.
Outside of work, John can usually be found on the golf course, spending time with family and friends, or cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks.
